Business Insider reported yesterday:
Twitter shareholders voted Wednesday against re-electing board member Egon Durban.
Durban, a private equity executive, is a longtime business associate of Elon Musk.
FT shared Twitter's board trashed the vote keeping Durban, a private equity underwriter (PEU). Durban received 196..8 million yes votes and 257.2 millions no votes.
The Twitter board's thumb on the scale tilted it in the greed and leverage boy's favor. It's another lesson in our PEUconomy.
