The "highly effective" disrupter and change agent Head of the U.S. Army is leaving by year end, according to the White House. Dan Driscoll is an Iraq war veteran, tech investor and former adviser to then Junior TechGod J.D. Vance (now Vice President).
Fox News noted the Army's drone program underwent extreme strategic change recently:
