In the PEU world all the spoils went to the sponsor and corporate executives. Under Trump II, the digital Caligula, the spoils go to political supporters and his triumvirate of TechGods (sitting front row at his coronation).

Musk's latest DOGE ploy is that he is saving the country's credit rating. That's laughable given what Elon did to Twitter/X's debt.
Time will tell if JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon embraces Elon or holds him off. Given Elon's track record a stiff arm may be in order. Less than a month after Musk bought Twitter, Moody's withdrew its rating for lack of information.
It seems Elon should be focusing on getting X's financial house in order. But the big money boys know to not throw good money after bad. They also know Uncle Sam's wallet is the grand prize. Elon is in and steering funds to his fellow TechGods (like Alex Karp), PEU Lords and other Red team insiders.
