Uncle Sam awarded Elon Musk's SPACEX a nearly $39 million contract the day before Musk met with President Trump in the Oval Office to talk about DOGE (Department of Greedy Executives).
Reporters asked Musk about conflicts of interest and he offered the usual TechGod blather. Elon said everything is transparent, except it's not.
TechGod's love to toss out canards like, "everything is transparent, so if anything bad were going on, people would be screaming, and they're not."
The Trump-Musk pairing is payback for TechGods throwing their mighty digital and economic weight behind the Donarch. I'll venture Trump told Elon something similar to this:
"Elon, x% of the money you (DOGE) save can be spent on new tech for the few government departments that survive. Spread the business around, but don't forget to take your cut."
